- Drive safety outcomes across complex, high‑risk infrastructure, capital works and contractor environments. - Provide senior advisory leadership on risk‑based safety, emergency management and infrastructure assurance across the University estate. - Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis. - Base salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. plus 17% superannuation. About the area: The health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) of our staff, students and partners is fundamental to UWA’s pursuit of excellence in education and research. The HSW Directorate is responsible for all aspects of health and safety for staff, students and other users of the University’s campuses and properties in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA). This unit leads the University’s strategic intent to achieve and effectively maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all, and culture that considers safety and health risk as part of all operational planning and delivery activities.
