Step into the role As Product Compliance Manager at MilDef, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements in some of the world’s most demanding environments. This is a hands-on role where you combine structure, pragmatism, and collaboration to enable compliant product development across the organization. You will establish and drive the way MilDef Products works with product compliance, primarily within EU regulatory compliance and CE marking, while also supporting US regulatory requirements where relevant. Rather than acting as a purely advisory function, you will work closely with Product Owners and development teams to make compliance practical, scalable, and integrated into the product lifecycle from the start. This is an opportunity to shape how compliance is managed in a growing international defense technology company, where the ability to balance regulatory expectations with business reality is critical.
