What You'll Do: - Apply formal training and hands-on experience to service a variety of clinical equipment in a healthcare setting. - Repair, maintain, and calibrate complex medical devices, including respiratory/ critical care equipment, ventilators, and anesthesia machines equipment experience. - Work within hospitals or clinical environments to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards. - Provide leadership by mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical development. - Use proactive troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently. - Communicate effectively with clinical staff, manage time across multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service. - Serve as a trusted technical resource, ensuring high-quality service and support for healthcare professionals. - Uphold patient safety and operational excellence by maintaining accurate service records and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
