Job description

The Lead OCI Administrator (IC4) will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM) and related reports within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. This role acts as a technical lead for cloud infrastructure, bridging DBA expertise with PaaS/SaaS integration. The candidate will lead teams in managing high-availability production environments, enforcing security compliance, and driving automation (Infrastructure as Code). Key Responsibilities: - OCI & Fusion Administration: Lead the deployment, patching, upgrading, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and underlying OCI Infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS). - DBA Operations: Manage Oracle Autonomous Databases and traditional Database as a Service (DBaaS) to ensure performance, backup, recovery, and security. - Application Deployment & Reporting: Build and deploy Oracle Fusion applications and configure BI Publisher reports/analytics. - Technical Leadership: Lead teams in deploying and maintaining applications, mentoring junior staff, and driving best practices in a 24/7 environment. - Automation & DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines, usi...
