THE JOB: It is the primary responsibility of the Lounge Server at Excalibur is to expedite guests' drink orders and provide beverage and bus service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. THE STARTING RATE: $14.8502 Hourly + Tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is ve...
