Description The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily activities of an operational unit. Maintains workflow, staffing and scheduling to achieve targeted operational and financial results. Being an operations supervisor ensures compliance with operational policies and procedures and resolves routine operational issues. Schedule and manage workers in operations or plant to ensure efficiency. He or she determines the labor hours needed and quantity of certain items to be received, stocked, picked, inventoried, cleaned, and/or shipped. Requirements: Abilities: - Ensures that all processes run smoothly and that workers are always kept safe - Provide managers, peers, and subordinates with information about quality, safety delivery, cost, and morale - Coaches and develops employees in daily operations.
