Overview The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for supervising and coordinating comprehensive maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automated control systems in an offshore oil and gas environment. This leadership role ensures maintenance programs are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. The Lead Maintenance Technician provides technical oversight, mentors maintenance personnel, and plays a key role in developing and maintaining long‑term maintenance strategies to ensure reliability and operational excellence. Candidates should be open to international rotational assignments on a 28‑day on / 28‑day off schedule, as required.
