Job description

Based in Bridgeport, WV, this position supports HSE activities across the Northeast territory, providing field engagement, compliance support, and program implementation in alignment with NOV’s HSE Management System. Works under general guidance to identify risks, promote safe work practice, and improve HSE performance at the facility level. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct field engagements and inspections to identify unsafe acts or conditions and support corrective action implementation. - Assist with the development, coordination, and maintenance of HSE programs and procedures to ensure compliance with NOV requirements and applicable laws and regulations. - Perform and document risk assessments, job safety analyses, and routine HSE observations. - Participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and support timely corrective and preventive actions. - Support the development, coordination, and delivery of HSE training to build awareness and competency. - Maintain HSE data and documentation, including inspections, incident reports, and training records, in accordance with company requirements. - Analyze HSE data to identify trends, verify corrective actions, and r...
