The Plasma Cutting Table Specialist is responsible for traveling to customer sites and completing repairs and installations in a safe and timely matter. This position will troubleshoot and diagnose equipment through advanced plasma cutting table operations while providing top customer service to all clients of the Company. They will calibrate, update software, program, promote and perform preventative maintenance for clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Troubleshoot/diagnose and implement solutions on equipment · Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance · Assist with installation and calibration of plasma cutting systems and related equipment · Assist in the service & repair of other welding & cutting equipment as assigned by manager · Effectively read schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams · Train operators on proper use of plasma cutting process and safety protocols · Recommend inventory of spare parts and other consumables for plasma equipment · Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance · Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment · Com...
