As Training & Compliance Coordinator, you will play a vital part in supporting the Technical Services function at Thorpe Park Resort by providing accurate, well‑organised and reliable administrative support across all training and compliance activities. You will help ensure that regulatory, safety and internal standards are consistently met, contributing directly to the safe and effective operation of the park. You will be responsible for maintaining robust document control across Technical Services, managing training and compliance documentation through shared drives and systems, and ensuring records are complete, traceable and up to date. This includes producing regular reports, supporting audits and spot checks, and helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
