Job Title Employee Wellness Specialist I Agency: Texas A&M University Department: Human Resources Proposed Minimum Salary: Commensurate Job Location: College Station, Texas Job Type: Staff Job Description: A Glimpse of the Job: The Employee Wellness Specialist I performs entry-level specialist duties and provides program support for the Texas A&M University employee wellness program. Essential Duties/Tasks: Program Planning and Implementation - Assists in planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring programs and services. Supports other Employee Wellness Specialists and Assistant Director to plan and develop specialized programs such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops to facilitate program goals. Works collaboratively with the Wellness and Engagement Communications Coordinator to coordinate specialized program communications and marketing materials. Assists in the development of policies and procedures. Assists in the preparation and maintenance of budgets, special reports, and other documents.
