FocusKPI is seeking a Software Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 5 days/week) Duration: 12 - month contract with potential to extend the contract depending on your performance & budget **No C2C resumes are considered** Responsibilities: Qualifications: **No C2C resumes are considered** - Network, storage & server Management - Design, build, and operate high-performance network, storage, and server systems. - Analyze and recommend network, storage, and server specifications based on lab requirements. - Establish management processes to optimize network, storage, and server operations. - Contributing to the establishment of optimal‑performance, cost‑effective infrastructure by leading IT procurement reviews. - Establishing an infrastructure utilization monitoring framework and defining the operational processes. - Conduct technical evaluations and proofs-of-concept for network, storage, and server products from external vendors. - Datacenter Operations Management & Collaboration - Collaborate closely with datacenter and server room operations personnel to efficiently manage infrastructure. - Pr...
