Overview Engineering Manager, Care Solutions: We are seeking an experienced US-based engineering leader to mentor and grow multiple full-stack and backend teams building the next generation of our digital health management platform within Care Solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with proven people leadership, with the ability to manage multiple engineering teams while driving technical excellence, cultivating a culture of innovation and ownership, and delivering measurable impact in a complex healthcare technology environment. Areas of Responsibility: People and Performance Management Lead, mentor, and develop 2 teams of 8 to 10 engineers spanning full-stack, backend, and cloud migration disciplines. Conduct regular 1:1s, drive performance review cycles, and own career development planning for engineers across levels, from junior through staff. Foster a growth mindset and encourage adoption of AI tools and agentic AI workflows to enhance team productivity and engineering velocity.
