You'll ensure that repairs, modifications, and field service activities for valves, shut-off valves, and actuators run smoothly and professionally. You: are the point of contact for internal and external customers, primarily from the (petro)chemical industry in the Benelux and Europe; oversee the DCIQ process (Disassemble, Clean, Inspect & Quote) for all valves we receive; identify required spare parts for overhaul, modification, and price analysis; collect and analyze technical data from valves, shut-off valves, and actuators (such as parts lists, drawings, and manuals); translate damage reports and customer needs into a clear and comprehensive repair proposal, which is then developed into a...
