Description Visiting clinical faculty position: Position Summary: The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Oklahoma State University is seeking applicants for a full-time visiting assistant professor-clinical faculty member beginning August 2023. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include supervising graduate and undergraduate student clinic practicums at the OSU Speech-Language-Hearing clinic. The faculty member will be expected to participate in regular program, departmental, and university activities. Other duties will be assigned as required. Minimum Job Requirements The candidate should present: 1) CCC-SLP; 2) Earned doctorate, ABD, or Master’s degree; 3) at least two years of CDIS practice experience; and 3) eligibility for Oklahoma licensure as SLP. The successful candidate will be required to complete a minimum of 2 hours of professional development in the area of supervision/clinical instruction prior to the start of the position as per the ASHA requirements Preferred qualifications: Candidates with expertise in all areas of speech-language pathology are welcome to apply.
