This role sits at the core of our finance function - owning the detail, delivering reliable reporting, and making sure our numbers stack up. You’ll work closely with our Financial Controller and CFO, supporting month-end, compliance, and project accounting in a fast-paced, growing construction business. What you’ll be responsible for: - Delivering month-end close - clean, reconciled and on time - Managing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving variances - Preparing and lodging compliance (BAS, GST, FBT, payroll tax, TPAR) - Supporting audit requirements with accurate, audit-ready workpapers - Reconciling project systems to accounting systems and investigating discrepancies...
