Job description
The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, the Process Engineer is responsible for improving production performance through loss elimination, process optimisation, and disciplined execution of standard work. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, QA, and Maintenance teams to analyse line performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable improvements that increase output, reduce spoilage, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence operational teams to drive meaningful change.
