In this role, you'll: Work as part of a specialist team delivering capability, learning and accreditation initiatives across Infrastructure Projects and Engineering. Support the uplift of employee capability, strengthen organisational culture, and contribute to continuous improvement across Rail Fleet Programs and related branches. You will design, enhance and embed new ways of learning, capability development and accreditation in a complex, safety‑critical rail environment, helping to ensure the workforce is equipped with the skills required to meet operational, regulatory and future‑focused needs.
