Operations Management System Project Lead: This position will lead the development and implementation of the Operations Management System (OMS) for Phosphate Operations. Responsible for creating and implementing OMS program that will include change management and a sustainability plan. This role will work with operations to create a sustainable OMS program that includes processes, standards and metrics integrated into the site's culture, driving performance improvements and sustainability excellence through operational risk assessments and effective mitigation controls.
