We’re looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of our customers while gaining hands-on experience in billing operations. In this entry-level role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with key financial processes like invoicing, payment tracking, and even contribute to metrics that drive our business, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). We are looking for a meticulous, process-driven individual with strong communication skills and a service mindset. A successful candidate must confidently manage sensitive—and sometimes challenging—payment discussions with external stakeholders while ensuring internal teams submit accurate financial documentation on time.
