This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations and strategy, ensuring every customer touchpoint is timely, relevant, and effective. This person is a self-starter who takes initiative and drives work forward independently. They are comfortable owning projects from start to finish, making informed decisions, and proactively identifying what comes next.
