WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO: · Drive bottom line results & Excellence in execution by delivering RGM insights based on complex data analytics that support business planning and implementations results process regarding Price to Consumer, Trade Investment, Mix, Price Pack Architecture and Promotional initiatives. · Create RGM discipline by monthly monitoring price to consumer and causes of variation in topline (Price, Volume, Mix), updating regional BI tools and bringing insights into impacts on the marketing strategy and gross margin, promoting recommendations and action plans to the clusters within regional results review process. · Support the implementation of RGM initiatives across channels, that deliver incremental EFO to Budget through analysis & tools, consistently tracking and reporting KPIs progress for Regional leadership team. · Create (multiple) year pricing plan in close collaboration with the Sales team and support them during negotiations with scenario analysis. · Expand RGM reach to all levels of commercial teams by rolling out global initiatives (P2TT) or share & reapply from within the region. · Develop key projects for RGM...
