IT Program Manager Sr The IT Program Manager Sr leads execution efforts across a collection of projects/programs through cross functional teams across Bank and partners. Leads key strategic programs and influences as a cross-functional orchestrator. Working independently, this role requires demonstrated competency in quickly assessing situations, developing strong partnerships and the ability to communicate complex issues succinctly. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Ability to work cross-functionally (internal and external teams) to initiate, plan, execute, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions to correct and effectively deliver program/project on time and within budget. - Facilitates cross-team planning and identifies interdepencies to ensure projects within the designated program align to business strategy and goals. - Applies knowledge of key areas of intersection between business, operations, technology, and risk/legal functions to identify and develop network with constituencies that includes our business including engaging constructively with stakeholders. - Motivates and manages a team of cross-functional performers from different IT project and business partners wh...
