Job description

The Bartender Apprentice at Nobu is responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service while assisting the Bartender with beverage orders and ensuring bar(s) are stocked and cleaned. Success at Nobu Restaurant is defined by traits like a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a demonstrated history of anticipatory service. Previous experience of at least one year in a high-volume, fine dining establishment is preferred. - Prepares and pours drinks for bartender and servers upon request. - Stocks assigned bar with product and supplies throughout the shift; maintaining proper product pars - through bar pulls & inventories. Stocks drink related items such as liquor, beer, wine and glassware throughout the shift. - Ensures that ice bins, soda tanks, and beer kegs are filled at all times. - Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with established policies as well as the Louisiana Health Standards - Ensures bar is set-up properly including all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards. - Properly sanitizes equipment, utensils, and glassw...
