The Team Across the organization, Human Resources is focused on building and retaining high performing teams, empowering Pasonites, encouraging a culture of learning, and coaching leaders. We support Pason’s unique culture and values through recruitment, payroll, benefits, compensation, training and development, and employee relations. The Role: This individual will be responsible for managing and administering the overall compensation process including providing guidance to all Pason and subsidiary companies on compensation related matters. This position will also be responsible for HR analytics and reporting, immigration, HRIS management and support and other HR duties as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Compensation: - Lead the year end compensation process and total rewards program, including base pay, discretionary bonus program, and long-term incentive plans. - Develop, recommend, and implement compensation programs by gathering market intelligence, reviewing internal equity, performing statistical analysis, and creating data modeling scenarios. - Manage and administer all compensation programs and ensure compensation recommendations are aligned with Pason’s t...
