The Role: As Director, Brokerage Corporate Actions, you will blend brokerage expertise with the necessary skills to develop the team while acting as the leader for this organization. The Director has operational oversight of all announcement and reconciliation processes associated with corporate actions and income payments for the Fidelity Agency Lending business. The Expertise and Skills You Bring 10 years of Brokerage Operations experience required. Operational experience supporting international processing required. Functional experience with agency lending preferred. Experience supporting international stock lending preferred. Act as an intermediary between banks and borrowers focusing on the importance of timely and accurate communication. Manage expiration date events (and relevant liabilities) along with reconciliation of new entitlements for a variety of regionally specific corporate actions.
