Our growing LINK Fabricated Gear (LFG) division is looking for a go-getter to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for custom switchgear and electrical equipment projects. With our engineering expertise, collaboration, and customer partnerships, LFG was created to drive innovation in switchgear manufacturing and design! While working in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this person will collaborate with other departments to deliver solutions that keep our company ahead of the industry! Position Responsibilities: - Estimate Development: Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate time, material, and labor estimates for switchgear projects - Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the Engineering and Production Teams to ensure designs are practical and align with LFG’s manufacturing capabilities - Quotations & Proposals: Generate professional, competitive proposals that meet customer requirements while supporting profitability and long-term partnerships - Vendor & Supplier Relations: Issue RFQs, secure competitive pricing, negotiate with suppliers, and recommend al...
