Our Gamber’s Help is a free and confidential service for individuals, couples and families who are affected by gambling. Services include financial counselling, therapeutic counselling, community education and venue support, and a generalist financial counselling program. Under the Responsible Gambling Codes of Conduct, Victorian venues need to take reasonable steps to minimise gambling harm by monitoring player behaviour and stepping in when needed.
