Production Planner

Job description

Location: Burnfoot, County Donegal - Onsite 5 days per week. The Production Planner plays a crucial role in leading, optimizing production by forecasting, analyzing, and managing the capacity requirements of live orders, backlog and sales pipelines. This role involves leading planners and collaborating with various departments including the sales and project teams and the global LOB team to ensure efficient resource utilization, meeting on-time production demands, and maintaining a balance between supply and demand. This role requires exceptional leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and clear communication to drive the success of our production workflows. You'll also be responsible for tracking all planning KPIs across the line of business, ensuring they stay on target—and stepping in with data-driven corrective actions if performance slips.
