HR Analyst with French Michelin is hiring!: This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services , where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration, Personnel and Service Management. - - - - - - - - - - - - What we’re looking for: - Bachelor’s degree; - Fluency in French ( B2+) and professional level English; - Experience in HR operations; - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; - Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make sound decisions even when information or direction is limited; - Confidence working independently and taking initiative; - Comfortable using multiple tools and systems; - Strong attention to detail; - Customer-focused mindset. The HR Analyst will: Respond to employee and partner requests (internal/external) received via the ServiceNow ticketing system regarding various HR processes (recruitment, training, personal data administration, performance, etc.), in compliance with response deadlines and predefined standards.
