About the Role: We’re seeking a dependable Building Engineer Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient distribution center. In this role, you’ll help protect our team by ensuring hazards are addressed promptly, emergency exits are clear, and facility spaces are well-maintained. What You'll Do: - Clean and maintain shipping docks, restrooms, offices, and common areas. - Ensure emergency exits, railings, and safety zones are free of hazards. - Perform routine deep cleaning (dusting, windows, vents, power washing). - Restock supplies, reorganize storage areas, and update cleaning logs. - Patrol the property and report or resolve safety concerns.
