Primary Responsibilities: - Operate fiberglass chop gun. - Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Adhere to all company, safety (HSE), and quality policies and procedures. - Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). - Perform other duties as assigned. Job Duties: - Work up to 12-hour shifts, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion. - Lift materials up to 50 lbs. and perform push/pull tasks throughout the shift. - Overtime and shift work may be required. - Minimal travel (less than 10%) expected. Education and Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred. - 3 years of verifiable work history preferred. - Must pass a drug screen and background check. - Commitment to safety and team-based work environment.
