POSITION SUMMARY: Stock Hispanic Brands products at customers’ locations in assigned locations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches current promotions and current marketing and promotional materials are displayed. - Protect and gain merchandise shelf space for Bar-S products by stocking temporary bunkers and spaces for scheduled promotions; Optimize brand presence in designated areas. - Provide excellent customer service; assess the needs of the customer to best recommend products. - Maintain excellent working relationship with customers. - Create weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports. - Other duties as assigned Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent - License/Certifications - Personal vehicle which meets company standards for licensing and insurance - Food handler’s permit - Driver’s License which meets company requirements - MVR which meets Sigma driving standards with review by Talent & Culture Preferred Qualifications: - Associates degree in Business, Marketing or related field - 1 year of...
