The Assistant Director of Excellence is responsible for ensuring the school consistently meets and exceeds all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational quality standards. This role focuses on compliance, operational excellence, and continuous quality improvement across the school. The Assistant Director of Excellence works closely with the School Director and Assistant Director of Curriculum to support adherence to state licensing requirements, quality assurance standards, accreditation expectations, and program improvement initiatives while helping maintain a safe, compliant, and high-quality learning environment for children.
