Position overview: The School for the Digital Future (SDF) at Boise State University invites applications for an Assistant Teaching Professor (non-tenure track) beginning August 2026. We seek an interdisciplinary educator passionate about preparing students to think critically, act ethically, and lead effectively in a rapidly evolving digital world. The ideal candidate will bridge humanistic, social, and technological perspectives—helping students from across the College of Arts and Sciences (COAS) build digital literacies and competencies, data ethics awareness, and professional adaptability for diverse career paths. Faculty in SDF teach courses that integrate digital fluency with human-centered inquiry, equipping students to analyze, communicate, and create responsibly in technology-rich environments. This is a full-time, 9-month renewable appointment with opportunities for advancement within Boise State’s Teaching Faculty ranks.
