Arthrex Human Resources department is actively seeking a Manager - Organizational Development to be located at our corporate office in Naples, FL. The Manager - Organizational Development will be responsible for managing the department, and implementing strategies, tools and resources that will help Arthrex enhance, develop, advance and retain talent. This role will support the success of Arthrex talent by proactively creating talent development initiatives that are competitive in the medical device industry while providing organizational development consultation at Arthrex in the design, development and delivery of tools to strengthen the capabilities and effectiveness of managers and staff at every level of the organization.
