Operations and Logistics Coordinator (SEART)- Kual Lumpar , Malaysia Southeast Asia Regional Training (SEART): **This role is contingent upon contract Award** Overview: V2X is seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support planning and execution of training events, workshops, and exercises under the DTRA Southeast Asia Regional Training (SEART) Chemical Security Program. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the coordinator ensures all events are properly resourced, scheduled, and executed on time and within budget Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines (option), Thailand, Vietnam, and other regional partners. The Operations Coordinator supports the successful planning and execution of the DTRA SEART Chemical Security Program by managing day to day administrative and coordination activities. Responsibilities typically include maintaining project schedules and action item trackers, organizing meetings and preparing agendas/minutes, collecting and consolidating status inputs from team members, assisting with risk and issue tracking, and supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and contractual deliverables.
