This position is eligible for a $5,000 retention bonus. Job Summary: The Providence Center Mobile Crisis Clinician CCBHC works with a multidisciplinary team, providing behavioral health and crisis assessment at The Providence Center and in the community. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct level of care and crisis assessments, including suicide risk and danger to others, to clients and non-clients in a variety of settings including homes, shelters, street outreach, etc. This includes responses to active police / fire scenes that may arise in accordance with required safety protocols. Conduct comprehensive initial psychosocial assessments and mental status examinations. Use psychiatric consultation and determine appropriate levels of care within the continuum. Apply knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, as outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision (DSM-5-TR), in clinical practice. Collaborate with the care team, other providers, and community agencies to coordinate care. Provide evaluations and monthly reporting requirements to external agencies.
