About the Role TikTok's Global Business Solutions team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and engage with new and existing customers. From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for a dedicated book of high-potential Enterprise and Mid-Market prospects. You will be responsible for strategically prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing advertisers, utilizing a value selling mindset to teach prospects about new market opportunities. By orchestrating multi-threaded sales cycles with C-level stakeholders, you will help them understand the transformative value of the TikTok Ads Platform and define a strategic roadmap for platform adoption.
