Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field - 15+ years of progressive eCommerce or digital leadership experience within B2B distribution, industrial, MRO, or complex omni-channel environments. - Experience leading large-scale eCommerce platforms and cross-functional digital initiatives. Job Summary: Sets and executes the company’s enterprise eCommerce strategy. Drives digital revenue growth, customer adoption, and platform capability. Ensures digital channels are tightly integrated with sales, pricing, supply chain, and branch operations to deliver a seamless and productive B2B customer experience and support long-term channel scale.
