Sleep Country Canada is looking for a Delivery Manager, Digital & Data to play a critical role in driving the successful end-to-end delivery of digital and data initiatives. This role ensures projects are completed on time, manages dependencies and risks, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams. In this current open role you will: - Own and drive end-to-end delivery execution across digital and data initiatives, ensuring committed work is completed and delivery timelines are met. - Manage and track cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues across Digital, Data/BI, APIs, and external vendors. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Digital, Data Engineering, BI, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and delivery progress. - Provide clear, accurate, and timely status reporting to stakeholders and leadership, including progress, risks, and mitigation plans - Identify, escalate, and remove blockers impacting delivery across internal teams and external partners - Facilitate delivery planning and execution practices (e.g., planning sessions, progress check-ins) to support team alignment and momentum -...
