Job description

Position Summary Deliver a superior new hire experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment onboarding process. Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms according to the policy and guidelines, while maintaining data integrity. As an active member of the University Human Resources community, interact with new hires, Recruiters, Human Resource Officers/HR Business Partners, School/Unit points of contact and other areas of Human Resources as needed. Responsible for hire related transactions from start to completion as well as managing relationships with new hires. Partner with supervisors in the development of onboarding related metrics, analytics, dashboards, and assist with Onboarding Center- and recognition-related projects. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Required Experience: 2+ years relevant experience as a human resources coordinator, on-boarding specialist, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
