Description Part-Time, Non-Union, Non-Exempt Position: $16.94 per hour, 25 hours per week Monday through Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm: BASIC FUNCTION OF MAINTENANCE & CUSTODIAL WORKER: Supports overall maintenance and custodial operations and ensures the routine upkeep and functionality of NOI buildings and grounds. Perfoms event set up tasks, deliveries, preventative maintenance. and inventory management. RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAINTENANCE & CUSTODIAL WORKER: - Assist in maintenance and repairs of buildings, including minor repairs, painting, office reconfigurations, and general building upkeep. - Maintain outdoor facilities and grounds, including routine trash pickup, landscape work, lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, and general clean-up of parking lots and walkways. - Perform daily custodial duties, such as dusting, cleaning windows, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and ensuring restrooms are clean and well-stocked. - Set up and breakdown furniture and equipment for events and meetings. - Move furniture and files as needed, and routinely organize storage and inventory areas. - Assist in monitoring facilities and grounds for safety hazards, and promptly report/address issues. - U...
