Job Description Summary The Department of Healthcare Leadership and Management at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) invites applications for the role of Division Director – Master of Science in Healthcare Quality & Safety, referred to hereafter as Division Director. This is a full-time faculty position with administrative responsibilities, offered on the academic educator track (tenure eligible) with rank and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Division Director serves as the academic leader of the proposed MSHQS program, ensuring excellence in curriculum, faculty mentorship, student success, and program accreditation. The Division Director will collaborate closely with the Department Chair, faculty, and other Division Directors to drive programmatic innovation, enhance student outcomes, and strengthen the program’s visibility in the healthcare industry.
