Job Description Summary Role Purpose Electrification projects are large and complex projects with multiple sites across the world and international teams involved. The Lead Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling the Integrated Master Schedule to support predictable and transparent project delivery. The role ensures alignment across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning while integrating closely with Cost Control and Estimation to maintain schedule-cost consistency, performance measurement, and early-warning insights. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Planning & Scheduling Governance: Develop and implement the planning, scheduling, and performance measurement framework, procedures, and tools (including Primavera P6 and Power BI). Establish and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), coding systems, calendars, reporting levels, and progress measurement methodology. Integrated Master Schedule Management: Develop, update, and control the Integrated Master Schedule, incorporating contractor schedules and internal interfaces.
