About the role Taktile is a high-growth, post product-market-fit company building the leading platform for automated decisioning in financial services. As customers run an increasing share of critical decisions on Taktile, improving those decisions using production data becomes core to the product. Team Optimize builds the systems that allow customers to evaluate and improve decision flows using historical data — across fraud, AML, onboarding, KYC/KYB, underwriting, and credit use cases. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will own backend systems and APIs operating on large volumes of decision data and expose them through customer-facing product surfaces. Your work directly impacts false positive rates, approval rates, and confidence in shipping production changes. At scale, the systems you build will: Process millions of decisions per day Persist and query terabytes of data per day Execute large-scale experiments over billions of historical decisions Serve low-latency APIs on top of append-heavy datasets What You'll Do: Build and own backend services in Python / FastAPI on AWS serverless infrastructure.
