Position Summary: The Director of Community Services provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical fidelity adherence for all outpatient services operating under Rosecrance Central Illinois. This role ensures that services are integrated, accessible, high-quality, financially sustainable, and compliant with federal and state requirements. This position principally ensures that the Rosecrance Central Illinois Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic operates within the fidelities as established and will manage and monitor patient flow, reporting requirements, and management of established key performance indicators.
