This career level position is responsible for supervising the operational and sales functions of Team Members with minimal direction, including branch operations, individual Team Member development, and the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategy. In addition to the sales and servicing of the full range of AAA products, the Assistant Branch Manager directs and supports building and implementing branch level sales and Team Member engagement strategies to achieve assigned goals.
