Planning Team Leader Department: Operations: Employment Type: Permanent: Location: Bradford on Avon, United Kingdom Description: Role Overview We are seeking a strong communicator with a drive to develop their leadership skills to fulfil the Planning Team Leader role. They will be capable of mentoring and developing the planning team to achieve departmental objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a key liaison between all departments in the operation team, and the wider business, this role ensures that workloads are effectively allocated, priorities are clear, and production challenges are swiftly addressed. By leveraging the ERP system, the role ensures accurate planning data management and timely resolution of production issues.
