Description Windward is the maritime intelligence layer the world's most consequential decisions run on. Banks, energy majors, commodity traders, shipowners, and government agencies use our AI platform to understand what's actually happening at sea - vessel behavior, dark activity, AIS manipulation, cargo risk - before it becomes a problem. We don't just aggregate maritime data. We reason over it. We're looking for a Solution Engineer to join our commercial team in London. Someone who walks into a room with a CTO, a security analyst, a compliance officer, or a freight director - and owns the conversation. From first discovery to signed contract. You'll act as the applied AI consultant and trusted advisor, and shape how customers think about maritime intelligence and help them see what's possible with Windward - not just what exists today.
